:O And if you couldn't tell.. I used Photoshop to draw this e_e; I usually draw in Flash, then <i>edit</i> in Photoshop. Drawing in Photoshop sucks imo! (I only drew this in PS cause in my computer class.. There is no more Flash :<)

lol yeah PS is teh.. GRR.. And yes! NO HAT :D Only I'm not blond, I has black hair, this is just for the surfer look.
